Economic Development
We encourage economic empowerment and self-sufficiency to enable African Americans to fully participate in the global economy. As some may say, we "walk the talk." Members of 100 Black Men of Maryland, Inc., without any financial assistance from government agencies or funds form other sources, dug deep into our own pockets to purchase property that had been used as a crack house and secured a loan to renovate the property into our office. Below are "before and after" pictures of the property, as well as our ribbon cutting ceremony.
