100 BMM operate programs designed to raise the awareness of health concerns affecting the African-American community, especially males, and to establish partnerships with health related organizations/companies to provide current information regarding the benefits of good nutrition, physical exercise, regular check-ups and disease prevention that will help reduce health disparities in the consciousness of the community.  We strive to develop local initiatives and participate in and advocate for programs that focus on health issues such as:

• HIV/AIDS                                 

• Prostate Cancer

• Diabetes

• Hypertension

• Obesity

• Cardiovascular Disease

• Mental Health

• Dental Health

• Domestic Violence

• Blood/Bone Marrow Donation
